  • Parent involvement is determined on a case-by-case basis and guided by clinical judgment. Information is shared on a need-to-know basis, with the goal of supporting the client’s care while maintaining appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.

  • Every program starts with an intake meeting with the coach or athletic director to understand you team’s goals, challenges and culture. From there, we conduct a needs assessment and when helpful, observe the team in action to build a clear picture of where support is most needed. Programming is then customized and delivered based on what will make the most meaningful impact for your group.
